Our recipes include only natural ingredients, vitamins, and minerals humans would consume.
Protein ingredients are gently cooked at a high enough temperature just enough to avoid pathogens such as salmonella and e-coli. We do not use Sous vide methods since these increase the risk of anaerobic bacteria development.
Vegetables are steamed to allow digestibility.
Our recipes are formulated to meet and surpass the AAFCO nutrient requirement profile for
sustaining stages.
The calorie requirement guide on our product pages are based on averages per weight for the sustaining stage. Every Dog is different though and it will most likely need more or less than the feeding guide recommends.
